I keep getting the dreaded Blue screen with different errors. Usually 0x8e
but different sys files (kmixer.sys, npfs.sys, etc.) Sometimes Driver:
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. Reinstalled XP Pro and upgraded all drivers and
updates.
ASUS A7V8X-X BIOS Rev. 1007 Bus Clock: 133 Mhz
AMD Athlon XP 2200+
1 Gig DDR in slots 1 and 2
Onboard sound: SoundMax
WinFast A360 (Nvidia GeForce FX 5700) Driver : Ver. 53.03 Tried older
and newer but no help.
HD: Samsung SP0802N and SV1363D
Searched Microsoft many times for solutions but nothing ever worked. Does
anyone use PC Bug Doctor and is it worth the $40 for 1 month usage? It
found 124 errors. This old man is about to tear out my gray hair.
Help will be greatly appreciated.
