blue screen error 0x0000001e (0xc0000005, 0xa0106e8e, ....) win32.sys

's Computer Specifications

We installed windows 2000 server with terminal services
with sp3 and updated all critical updates. sometimes the
system will get blue screen and the message looks like
0x0000001e (0xc0000005, 0xa0106e8e, 0x00000000,
0x00000000). win32.sys
and restarted.
please help us
