I had loaned my computer to my sister (big mistake) and due to viruses had to
repair XP.
During the repair process I recieved the blue screen during the installation
of devices. It said Bad_Pool_Caller and the stop code is...

STOP: 0x00000C2, (0x00000007, 0x00000CD4, 0x00340045, 0xE1B6E934)

At this point, the repair process stops and I have to restart the computer.
When it restarts it tells me that the "installation is continuing" and it
does the same thing over and over again.
It also no longer recognizes my wireless mouse or keyboard and even if it
did I wouldn't be able to do anything.

Please help! I have a desktop Dell Dimension 4600.

Belinda, try tapping F8 on next Startup. If you get a Menu select Safe
Mode. If your computer boots in Safe Mode then go to Start>All
Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore. Try a restore date that
is at least a few days before problem arose. Just follow the instructions.
