My computer crashes while doing usual things like playing music,working etc.
At the blue screen reports a error and one of the last was
stop 0X0000008E (OXCOOOOO5,0XBF872CB6,OXB9EBB9C,0X0000000
stop win32k.sys address BF872CB6 base at BF800000 date stamp 3b7de69
I wolud be very pleased if you could help me.

With the error code that you are receiving I would think that you might have
a bad or a poor performing memory module. If you have two , remove one and
see if the problem has disappeared. If you have only one buy a high quality
ram module recommended by the motherboard or computer manufacture. Error
codes in XP are not exact and the same code may be used for various causes.
