With the error code that you are receiving I would think that you might have
a bad or a poor performing memory module. If you have two , remove one and
see if the problem has disappeared. If you have only one buy a high quality
ram module recommended by the motherboard or computer manufacture. Error
codes in XP are not exact and the same code may be used for various causes.
