contact the folks where you purchased the 'ram'
and explain asking for help - esp

direct exchange

their testing of it - 'outside your box'
note
may point to - 'other incompatible hw'
c/
their help suggestions
2/
seek out a local 'computer tech shop' to do some
'testing for you'
and
take it fr there
