Blue screen of death error ***Stop :0x0000001E

I keep getting the blue screen of death. Error message below.

***Stop :0x0000001E (0xC0000005, 0xA001FBAD, 0x00000001, 0x71C6B4B9)
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

***Address A001FBAD base at A0000000, DateStamp 41cc5092-win32K.sys

My system is:
Microsoft Windows 2000 Pro
Service Pack 4
523,760 KB Ram
850mhz amd athlon

I have updated everything thing to date from Windows update.
I run 3 Spyware programs (just to clean) not running all the time.
I use Norton for AV.

Is there a pattern? Any clues in the Event Viewer?

this error can sometimes be viral related,

I know you said you had AV but just check

Also, did you update any drivers lately? If so, try rolling back to the
previous version. How frequently is the workstation crashing?
