I got the blue screen of death this morning.
It said:

Beginning of Physical dump of memory.

can anyone tell me what the problem could be?
This is a laptop and i use a usb mouse and usb external
floppy.

You hava a bad driver, BAD. Its for a SiS Group device - probably an
on-board video card. Try to update the driver for the SiS device.

Did you ever get this resolved? I ran in to the exact same error!!

SisGrp.sys is part of the SiS Corporation's video drivers. It would appear
at first glance that this 3rd party driver is not playing well with others.
Try to get a WHQL certified driver if possible.
