Lisa,
It appears you are downloading Drivers from MS through Windows Update. DO
NOT do this. Go to Windows Update, sorry can't remember where the setting is
at the moment and turn off the option for Driver Updates. Always go to the
source for Drivers and only then if you are experiencing trouble with
hardware.
I would recommend a System Restore and choose a date just prior to when you
downloaded those drivers.
