Hi, I run Outlook 2007 (with a hosted Exchange 2007).

I have an additional mailbox open in Outloook.

All the folders in the additional mailbox have a little blue
horizontal double-ended arrow over the yellow folder icon. What does
this mean?

it's a folder that is not in your mailbox.

I have noticed that Outlook 2007 seems to behave differently than
2003. When I click on an item in the additional mailbox (single-click,
to see item in Preview Pane), Outlook 2007 seems to download the text
+attachments, not just the text. As my Exchange Server is hosted, it's
very noticeable. Small messages open quickly in Preview Pane, anything
with a large attachment takes a long time (just to display the text of
the message, not the attachment). Is this normal? Frustrating....
