Hi there,

I recently made a huge mistake and bought a new high spec PC from MESH.
If you want my advice DON'T BUY FROM MESH, their Customer Service SUCKS big time.
So, having paid over a grand for a new PC, I'm basically on my own with no help from them, hence why I'm here.

If anyone can offer any assistance it would be greatly appreciated. The problem is my Blu-Ray internal DVD has packed in. It just simply went dead, with no power. I've tried re-connecting the power lead to the power supply, but nothing happens. The tray won't open and there is no light.

Any suggestions anyone?

The model is a Pioneer BD ROM DVD/CD Writer CODE: BDC-202BK

Many Thanks
Allan

The only suggestion I have is trying it in another PC just to make sure - but it looks to me like the Writer is dead

Oh....and you should have searched on here about Mesh
