Blog links not working

I have changed the template on my blog, and now the links do not
work. Comments, links to other blogs, other websites, even the post
title will no longer link to its own page.

please advise!

It seems to be fine in Firefox, not IE.....

It is CSS related, and here is the problem source:

Mike,
how would I fix that? I'm not very CSS or HTML savvy, so I need to be
treated like a child :-)
