Realtick is a stock trading platform I use. When MS
Antispamware is running I can't launch Realtick. After
several tries I can go to the Task manager and see an
instance of RT332.exe attempting to run. But it never
starts. Realtick actually launchs 3 programs to run.
None of these appear as blocked applications when I look
at the log of blocked apps.

Any suggestions?

Go to Tools > Realtime Protection > View All Blocked events to see if its
process is blocked there.

Also make sure your firewall is not blocking them.

Thanks for posting this.

I'd suggest trying disabling real-time protection to see if that does the
trick. Use the workaround paragraph in this KB article to do this:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/892375 End users may be prompted to allow or
block administrative actions that originate from a central management tool
