Blocking web pages in win2k AS

I Work at a school and am having a problem with kids going
to web sites where the chat and/or e-mail is built into
the site. ie. www.globalfun.com. These sites are not
regulated and i would like to just start blocking them as
i find them. I'm hoping there is a way to do this through
windows 2000 Advanced Server. If not could you refer me
to some programs that can.
