How can I block unwanted emails?

Unless you are running the e-mail server, you can't. Best you can do is
send them to the Junk folder.

Are they from the same company or have the same key word(s) in the subject
line? If so, you could set up a rule/alert to send them to your trash
folder.

You may want to create a rule on your Outlook to specify the action to be
taken with the emails. You can also just right click on the unwanted emails
and add the senders to the junk senders list so that they go to the junk
folder straight.
