Is there a way I can block specific web sites from being
viewed on a computer? I can't seem to find a way to do
it. Thanks in advance.

Add the site to your "hosts" file.
Unhide files and folders
Right click on start and select explore>scroll down to windows and open it
Scroll to system32 and open next open drivers then ETC open the hosts file
with notepad.
You will see 127.0.0.1 local host

This is your computer leave it alone, however right below it type in
127.0.0.1 and the site you wish to block.
Such as
127.0.0.1 Local host
127.0.0.1 Microsoft.com
save your setting when exiting notepad.Done.
