I am connected to an exchange through my work. I need to block specific
senders and not have them go to my junk file. How can I do this? What do I
tell my IT guy?

I'm not aware that OWA has a Blocked Sender list. Best to ask in
miscosoft.public.exchange.clients where the people who know about OWA visit.

Since you're using the lame Microsoft-supplied web interface instead of a
newsreader, try this:
<http://www.microsoft.com/technet/community/newsgroups/dgbrowser/en-us/default.mspx?dg=microsoft.public.exchange.clients>
