Hi,

Is there anway to block certian users from hearing sound?

Yes,

1) turn the speakers off,
2) unplug the speakers,
3) mute the sound through the volume control.....

No sure under what circumstances you want to do this.....

Is there a to have the spearkes set to mute at logon and the disable
the users abity to access volume control?
