Is your router encrypted? It sounds like its not encrypted & someone is
using your router from another house...
The 2865 is the port used for RAS (Dialup access) usually.
I would connect to the router & see attached devices. If you have a MAC
address & its different from yours then BLOCK it which will stop this issue
You said the address is
http://192.168.1.1 then type username/password &
connect to it. That is where you will see the attached devices.
Please post back your findinds but never give out the MAC address
