I keep blocking messages but doesn't seem to do any good in getting rid of
these annoying emails. I hate to just have emails come because in my address
book as sometimes receive emails that I want that are not in my book.

Any advice on how to accomplish this.

Look for reviews of spam blocking software in the major PC magazines, for
example: PC World (www.pcworld.com), PC Magazine (www.pcmag.com) and CNet
(www.cnet.com). The same sources will show you how to reduce the chances
that you will receive spam in the first place.
