how do I go about blocking an address in outlook? I've already done what I
can and it just puts the incoming message into the deleted items folder. I
have comcast and they cannot do anything to block one address for me.

What's your idea of blocking, if it's not deleting the message? Did you
create a rule? If so, use the "permanently delete it" action instead of
just "delete it".
