Blocking a meeting request

Hello there... I have millions of invitations coming into my calendar, even
before I accept them, they automatically display in my calendar, they will
only go away if I decline them. What I need is a way of blocking the
invitations from coming in, so NOTHING really goes into my calendar, unless I
PLACE them there MYSELF.

Meeting requests that arrive in your Inbox are always placed on your calendar
as tentative until you accept or decline them. You cannot change that
behavior.

You could try using a rule to move the requests to a different folder but
its not always fast enough to get them before the sniffer. It's worth
trying - and it’s the only way to turn off the sniffer.
