Blocking issues during install

I'm getting a blocking issue with PC Anywhere 10.0 that is
preventing me from loading XP Home. The programs is not
available in Uninstall, but I have deleted everything
related to this program. The original software for this
program is missing. Is there another way of removing this
program from my computer?
