In the junk mail option I have .nl (among others checked for blocking) but
yet I received mail in my junk email folder from www-(E-Mail Removed).

Why did this email get thru to my junk email folder?

That's why it's going to the Junk E-mail folder. Telling Outlook to block a
country code causes it to put messages from that country code in the Junk
E-mail folder. Read what the International tab says:

"Some e-mail messages you receive might be written in languages you are
unfamiliar with and don't want to read. These messages can be marked as
junk and moved to the Junk E-mail folder."

See the last clause there?

Brian,

Thanks for the info, sometimes the most obvious items slip by me.
