At the weekend I logged on to www.singaporeair.co.uk (>
www.singaporeair.com/uk) using Internet Explorer to book a flight. This was
successful but I was then unable to open any links on this site.

I logged out and tried again but could not access the site. I always get
"The page cannot be displayed". I am able to access any other site. Othe
users on my PC have the same problem.

I have rung the company and they confirmed that the site works. I have
checked from my office that the site works. I have contacted my ISP, Wanadoo
and they say nothing is wrong. I have tried using another browser (Mozilla)
but that has same result.

I have deleted temporary files, cookies, history etc. I am already up to
date with MS updates and security.

Obviously, having booked the flights online directly with the company, I
need to be able to access it.

Any ideas greatfully received.

Many thanks.

Open a cmd prompt and try: ping www.singaporeair.com
It responded for me. (206.251.184.50) DNS?
Just a troubleshooting suggestion.

Hi,
If running WinXP (you didn't say) try this...
Open a command window
(Start> Run> cmd) enter the following command
ipconfig /flushdns [Enter]or OK
then clear the Temporary Internet Files and restart.

Hope this helps,
Don
