When I open Outlook 2007 a pop-up window comes up: The add-in Spam blocker
for MS Outlook: C;Program -1\BIN\484 . 1.00\SBOL Ext.dl cannot be loaded and
has been disabled by Outlook. Please update .... or un install the add-in.

Who can help this old beginner?

Same way as you uninstall any other application;
Control Panel-> Add/Remove Programs
