Hi,
I was blocking a couple of unwanted emails and accidentally have blocked a
very close friends email....silly me!

Is there a way to unblock an email address?

Please help if you can

Yes, go to the "tools" in the menu bar, then to "message rules" then to "Blocked Senders" and find
his/her address and remove it from the blocked senders list.

You really should take some time to look through your menu items.
You will find many options and answers there!
