Please can anyone help?

I've been sent an .exe file as an attachment, but my Outlook 2003 has
blocked it. I've tried looking on the MS web site, but all I can find is
information for Exchange Server users. This is a stand-alone PC (not
connected to any others), running Win XP and MS Office 2003. I really need
this attachment!!

How can I get the attachement saved onto my PC?
