I am unable to receive email from one person. Occasionally I receive mail
she sent to another address. She does receive mine. I am using Windows XP.
What can I do?

Doubtful you OS is the issue.
More likely your ISP/email provider in relations to hers OR your client
(email) that you use.

I would check with your ISP to see if they are blocking e-mails from her
ISP. They could be using a DNSBL (blocklist) to block incoming mails, if
they are ask them if they will whitelist your friend.
