Is there anyway to assign a password to outlook so no one else can read my
emails?

Dear LED,

are you using Exchange or a local PST file?

With Exchange you can ask your administrator not to share your inbox or to
protect your mailbox with a password.

Maybe this site could be helpfull:
http://www.psoft.net/HSdocumentation..._exchange.html

If you use PST files, you can protect your PST file with a password:

Have a look on this site:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ou...308881033.aspx

or this site:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ou...308911033.aspx

"Create a .pst file in Outlook 2003/Office Outlook 2007 format"
(Part:5.)

Maybe it helps.

Easiest way is to password-protect your Windows User account and make sure
you lock the screen when you leave it.....
