Block user's access of Windows folder in WinXP Pro By GPO

Can I block user's Windows folder and System32 folder in Windows XP Pro by
using GPO from server? I kknopw from folder property, Security page, you can
setup access right for user. I want to know if i can use GPO to setup
security control for group users in Active directory.

Hi Marco,

Block? If those folders are blocked, Windows won't run. Restricting
would pretty much make them a little like a Limited User then. Since
files get written to in those folders, you would be restricting that and
probably cause errors in programs and or updating processes.

If you're only talking about removing it from viewing, maybe one of
these will work:
