How to block the user access to a folder

Hello,
the macro I use creates appointments in an calendar folder.
I want to know if there is a way to block the user to edit those
appointment. If possible, just permit the user to delete them.

Assuming you are using Exchange, you can configure a wide range of access
permissions by right-clicking the folder, choosing Properties and selecting
the Permissions tab. No coding is required.
