how to block unwanted email and their senders

Hi ,
I have been getting unwanted mails , i have also blocked them but it seem
the senders have many id to send how can i block a whole bunch everyday in
outlook express.
please advise.

Can't. To filter on your PC, you need to buy some add-in software that
filters the junk mail more effectively. Or switch your email service
provider who does it for you.
