Can someone please tell me if it is possible to blocks
photos within an outllok e-mail?

I'm not sure in previous versions, but I believe Outlook 2003 does by
default. You have to go in to enable the viewing of photos.

Right. Like I said, I'm not sure you can natively in any of the previous
versions.
