Block p2p over ics

Hi group. I'm sharing my internet connection with my brother's
computer, and they're constantly downloading something over p2p
(bitcomet, ares, etc), wich makes my web browsing reallyyyyyyyy slow!
so i was wondering if there's anyway to block those programs over ics.
