block other languages in exchange 2007

Hi,
We're running Exchange 2007 with Forefront. Can we block other
languages? We're getting a ton of SPAM e-mail in a cryllic language. Most
are being picked up with a high SPAM score, but some are making it through
with a low SPAM score. Is there a way to block a language? I've taken
certain words and placed them in the content filter, but some still show.
Since we're in the US, I don't need to receive any e-mail in this language.
If I find out I do, I can add the user.
