if can't is there any alternative way or component that I can used it on
vb.net to archive this?

This question comes time after time in this newsgroup.

I never saw a real answer on this.

I dont believe that you can do this with VB.net on a way it will give
results.

This is because VB makes managed code (an intermidiate code that has to be
processed) and you need to go down in the browsers and catching events from
that in a way you can do with by instance C++.

Therefore I would recomend you to look to your firewall and/or proxy
software to see what that can do for you. Mostly it is build in with that.
