Hei, Is there a possibility to block the PC from accessing internet at a
fixed time. As an example 23:00 hours every day until 06:00 the next day??

That's easily done with a router, which can deny internet access to a user
for a specified time period.

Thanks Ted, But this i know. My router is not working as i want at this
point. Can anyone help me out here please!!!!

Hello,

I don't know if you are looking for a tool or want to know how to do it
programmatically,

If you are writing a program, and you want to block only IE, You can do
it with a simple Browser Helper Object.
