Does anyone know if theres a way of blocking e-mail by time received? I
receive most of my spam between 9pm and 7am and as it's a work e-mail address
it couldn't be work related during these times (for me at least).

You should contact your email service provider because outlook simply
downloads whatever is in your mail server inbox.
