I'm using e-mail desktop alert a lot to know when to stop my work and check
out an e-mail from a spesific sender or important subject.
The problem is part of the senders sends e-mail with subject that I don't
want people that are looking on my screen will see (it is not what you think!)
Can I block the e-mail desktop alert from working when the e-mail is sent
from a spesific sender?
If it is not build-in function, is there any add-on I can add to the OUTLOOK
2007 SP1 that can do that?

Thanks,
Wile

You have looked at the Rules and Alerts option, right?

I think you will have to approach this the other way around. Turn off
default reminders (the pop up) at Tools | Options | Email OPtions | Advanced
email options.

Now use Rules to turn on the New Message Alert when items meet your criteria
(or make it for all and use exceptions to stop it for some
people/conditions).
