I have a computer on our network that has one function, I want to block the
interactive logon message, in the Default Domain Policy.

How can I prevent this computer from displaying the interactive logon
message? I have tried changing permissions on the registry key with no
success.

Changing the regkey won't help, since the computer reapplies the GP and
overrides the regkey.

You could go to the security tab of the DefDomPol and deny that single
computer's right to apply the policy.
