I get an error message that winlogon.exe must shut down.
This occurs randomlly. After turning the message off, My
cursor starts switching between the hour glass and
pointer at a random rate. When I am trying to negotiate
around in windows or other programs, it will cause the
clicking function to inhibit and sometimes move me to
some other part of the window. This does not occur on
line.

Removes the Registry entries for Winlogin.exe
