How can I do this in FP 2003 without using HTML?

I tried to but the bullets in FP 2003 on a jpg world map, but they won't
move onto the map.

Make the map a background image in a table or cell, then create hotspots on the map.

Chris,

I suggest going back to the web page and scrolling down to the bottom.
There, you'll see an email address where you can ask the owner. I think
this is a script he uploaded from somewhere, and you can use the same
script.
