Recently, I have received emails where I can't see any of the receiptents.
BUT, others who receive the same email see all receiptents in the 'to' list,
and the 'to' list includes my email address. So, my questions is: how can I
'tag' one email address in the 'to' list for blind copy so that the specific
address can not see anyone else's email, but the rest of the list can see the
'blinded' address?

You can't. Something else is causing you to only see your own address - do
you scan your mail with an antivirus scanner?
