I do not know how to find the files named normal.dot or Email.dot I clicked
the
hard drive ,but did not know what to do after that.I do not know how to not
have
word as my e-mail editorAfter I send an e-mail there will be skin
attachments. if I put photos or clip art in my e-mail and did not want them
as attachments it happens any way.,and why does my clip art move in my e-mail
,?

the usual location is
C:\Documents and Settings\{your log on name here}\Application
Data\Microsoft\Templates
