Blaster Worm/ download patch

I have Windows XP Home Edition, Version 5.1 with the
Service Pact 1. Is there a patch yet for the worm? The
security website only lists by xp 34 or 64. I don't know
which is applicable. I tried downloading the 34 patch
but I got a message it wasn't compatible. Are these
patch versions only for XP professional? I have enabled
the firewall and installed the security updates.
Anything else I should be doing?
