Hi. I recently had to re-install Windows XP. Now my
computer spontaneously reboots with the "remote procedure
call" message, and Norton Antivirus gets killed moments
after getting started (the same happens with certain other
programs as well). And, most puzzling of all, the Index
list of topics within HELP is missing!
I have run 3 different anti-Blast programs, and all insist
that Blast is not present on my computer. Also, Task
Manager lists no MSBlast (or anything like it) among my
active processes.
Can someone help please?
