It may be that your monitors screen refresh rate is set low. If it's set
to 60Hz try setting to the next higher setting your monitor can use.
To change it:
Right click on your desktop.
In the popup menu click Properties.
In "Dislay Properties" click the Settings tab > Advanced button > Monitor
tab (if present).
Select the next higher refresh rate in the refresh rate dropdown list.
Click Apply > Ok > Ok.
You may also have a tab with the name of your graphic/video device present
in the Advanced properties, you could also check there for refresh rate
settings.
