Ummm...type a subject line before you send? ;-)
Sorry, couldn't resist. There isn't any easy way to do it in Outlook
natively, and you didn't specify what version of Outlook you're using so...
You could try Safeguard Send from Sperry Software: (you'll probably find a
link here)
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/mail_tools.asp. That can check
for blank subject lines.
