blank screen while replying mail

hi..friends..when i try to reply a mail am getting a blank screen... i am
using IE 7...it is a webmail of samsung..for all the users its working
fine...we tried different users in that same computer still same issue...able
to read the mails only when we reply the reply window comes with blank
screen..

steps done:
->resetted IE
->tried in different browser:no go
->that website is designed for IE alone
->cleared all temporary files:no go
->insatlled all active x required for that site
