Hi i have a hp a6740a desktop running vista home premium and trend micro pro
antivirus ,when computer is powered up goes to a blank sreen nothing will
work at all have run restore through safe mode now the screen lights up ,the
welcome sign comes on and then it freezes it almost seems this started when i
installed service pack 2 but even rolled back it still wont do anything no
new programs have been added before this started thankyou Ted
